Adham Center Launches Arabic Online Professional Diploma in Digital Media
The goal of the diploma is to provide knowledge and skill to its participants and to train them to use digital media tools, allowing them to become professionals in the field of media.
Arab Media and Society to be indexed and included in Scopus' online research database
Arab Media and Society Journal (AMS) has been evaluated for inclusion by Scopus-Elsevier, the world's largest database of peer-reviewed literature.

The Annual Awards Dinner to Celebrate 26 MA Class and Recognizes Isaad Younis
Cairo, February 4, 2018 – The Kamal Adham Center for Television and Digital Journalism in the School of Global Affairs and Public Policy at The American University in Cairo (AUC) hosted its annual awards dinner to celebrate the 26th graduating class of the master’s in television and digital journalism program. Director of the center, Hussein Amin, delivered the keynote address welcoming attendees, the graduating class, and their families and friends. Tarek Shawki, Egyptian minister of education also delivered a speech o the importance of media in society.

Audio Storytelling Through Podcasts Workshop
The Kamal Adham Center for Television and Digital Journalism in the School of Global Affairs and Public Policy at the American University in Cairo together with the US Embassy in Egypt held their fourth joint event under the Virtual Speaker Program (VSP). The VSP brings experts in digital media, journalism, and other fields to speak and interact directly with students and professionals in a videoconference setting.
