The center’s master’s in television and digital journalism is unique for its focus on all aspects of reporting and production in the fast-paced, technology-driven world of digital news delivery. Our graduate students are trained in reporting, interviewing, new media and studio production, gaining hands-on experience with the use of the center’s field cameras, state-of-the-art television studios, editing labs and a fully automated newsroom. 

The Professional Development Program is designed for working professionals who want to learn the skills of television and digital journalism. We offer five-week workshops in camera operation, video editing, studio directing, news reporting, voice coaching, photography, and documentary filmmaking. The Kamal Adham Center also arranges custom-designed courses and training to news organizations, educational institutions, civil society and governmental bodies.

New Now! Online Digital Media Diploma in Arabic. The diploma is intended to provide knowledge and practice of new and digital media. Students completing the program will have a working familiarization with all of the skills required of a digital journalist who can master any job in the online and digital journalism field.

Master of Arts in Television and Digital Journalism

The master’s program in television and digital journalism is a 33-credit-hour intensive curriculum that provides comprehensive knowledge of the theories and practices of television journalism and digital media, in addition to the specialized skills needed to hit the ground running in television and multimedia news.
