The Middle East Studies program administers the BADiploma, and MA in Middle East Studies, whose alumni span academia, the private sector, NGOs, and government service. Through a variety of curricular and extracurricular activities, we aim to build on our international reputation and location as a natural hub for Middle Eastern studies. Our organization and participation in conferences, lectures, and workshops serve to present groundbreaking research on anthropology, religion, history, political science, economics, gender, law, and literature.

Forecasting the Middle East for 2023

"The trajectory of rising discontent driven by economic pressures is the other critical development to watch.
