The Middle East Studies Program, in collaboration with Pathways Beyond Neoliberalism: Voices from MENA, was pleased to host “The Politics of Development in Cold War Turkey,” a conversation with Professor Begüm Adalet, Associate Professor of Government at Cornell University and author of Hotels and Highways: The Construction of Modernization Theory in Turkey (Stanford University Press, 2018). 

The discussion was moderated by Ingy Higazy, Research Manager for Pathways Beyond Neoliberalism: Voices from MENA.
