Over the last years, our school has become the leader in the Middle East in educating and empowering students committed to global affairs and public policy interest. Our core competencies are effective communication skills, multi/interdisciplinary focus, professional experience, global perspective, and public policy.

GAPP consists of three academic departments in Law, Public Policy and Administration, and Journalism and Mass Communication, in addition to five academic and research centers including the Center for Migration and Refugee Studies (CMRS), the Cynthia Nelson Institute for Gender and Women Studies (IGWS), the Kamal Adham Center for Television and Digital Journalism, Middle East Studies Program (MESC), and Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz Alsaud Center for American Studies and Research. This is in addition to our two units the Law and Society Research Unit (LSRU) and the Executive Education unit. All these programs offer students unique opportunities to develop a comprehensive overview of the strategic issues that are of great concern to world citizens today.
