WEE-TFE Project Reaches a Landmark With the Digitalization of Its Training Content
The Women Economic Empowerment – Training for Employment (WEE-TFE): Rabeha Project is taking a monumental step forward in the digitalization of its training content, expanding access to innovative and flexible learning opportunities.
The WEE-TFE team is proud to be the flagbearer of the first course to be digitized and offered completely as a self-paced online experience under the banner of GAPP Executive Education, in partnership with the Center for Learning and Teaching (CLT). The course brings the project’s training materials into a digital learning format, creating new opportunities for accessible and engaging learning along the way. The process brings together content development, script adaptation, visual design and professional recording, ensuring that the project’s knowledge and training resources are effectively adapted for digital learning.
On Sunday, October 4, 2026, the project reached an important stage with the completion of the final day of filming for the digitalized training content. The initiative reflects the project’s commitment to embracing innovative approaches to learning and skills development, while expanding opportunities for women to enhance their employability and build the skills needed for today’s job market.
