Research and Teaching During War
On April 28, the Arab Political Science Network (APSN) in collaboration with AUC’s Middle East Studies Program (MESP) and the Center for Economic, Legal, and Social Studies and Documentation (CEDEJ), hosted the webinar Research and Teaching During War featuring Ghada Almadbouh (Birzeit University), Alexandra Kassir (American University of Beirut), and Khalid Medani (McGill University).
The session explored how researchers and faculty navigate teaching and conducting research during times of war and conflict—particularly when these events impact their countries of origin or the focus of their academic work.
This was the fourth session in the five-part series Politics and War in the Middle East and North Africa, a collaborative initiative bringing together researchers and professionals to reflect, discuss, and share insights from multidisciplinary perspectives.
