Leading Change in Dynamic Organizations Program
The American University in Cairo's School of Global Affairs and Public Policy Executive Education, and School of Business Executive Education, proudly announce the commencement of the fourth round of Leading Change in Dynamic Organizations program.
On Monday, May 13, 2024, Mohamed Fahmy Menza, senior director of executive education, School of Global Affairs and Public Policy (GAPP) and Marwa Negm, manager of ExecEd grants and government programs and business solutions, School of Business executive education, at The American University in Cairo (AUC) expressed their excitement about launching Leading Change in Dynamic Organizations program. "We are thrilled to inaugurate the fourth round of Leading Change in Dynamic Organizations program." stated Menza and Negm.

Leading Change in Dynamic Organizations program is meticulously crafted to empower participants with essential leadership and management skills as well as competence in crafting comprehensive and pragmatic policy solutions, tailored to address the unique challenges and transformations within their institutions. Sponsored by the National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development (NIGSD), the program aims to enable more than 125 participants from various state institutions to align organizational policy with strategy by investigating challenges and opportunities in their respective domains.
The inaugural session, whose theme was Creating Policy Briefs, was led by Noura Wahby, assistant professor of public policy at the School of Global Affairs and Public Policy , and saw the participation of 35 state officials.
