Leading Change in Dynamic Organizations

November 30, 2025

AUC GAPP Executive Education celebrated the graduation of the fourth cohort of the Leading Change in Dynamic Organizations program, whereby 35 participants from Egypt’s legal and judicial sectors actively engaged in workshops, lectures and assignments that enhanced their leadership and change management skills.

Since 2023, the program, delivered in collaboration with the Onsi Sawiris School of Business Executive Education and the National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development, has trained over 100 government leaders in support of Egypt’s Vision 2030 and the Administrative Reform Plan.

The celebration featured welcome remarks from Sherif Kamel, dean of the Onsi Sawiris School of Business, and Noha El-Mikawy, dean of the School of Global Affairs and Public Policy, as well as keynote addresses from Rania Al-Mashat, minister of planning, economic development and international cooperation, and Counselor Adnan Al-Fangari, minister of justice.

The event featured remarks from Mohamed Fahmy Menza, senior director of GAPP Executive Education, Mohamed AbdelSalam, executive director of executive education at the Onsi Sawiris School of Business, and Judge Moustafa Ahmad Kamal, legal counselor of the National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development and was a reminder of the central role transparent, informed and ambitious leadership plays in advancing societies and organizations in Egypt.
