Cohorts 3, 4 and 5, incorporated 70 women from diverse governorates and focused on enhancing soft skills for employability for women who are fresh grads or returnees to the job market.
The participants partook in fostering a supportive learning environment, empowering each other in the process through a variety of facilitated and participant-led group and individual exercises.
