GAPP Executive Education Completes STOT Workshop in Beheira
On Monday, June 8, 2026, the School of Global Affairs and Public Policy Executive Education at The American University in Cairo successfully completed the Training of Trainers for Sustainability workshop in Beheira, delivered as part of the Women’s Economic Empowerment – Training for Employment: Rabeha program.
A total of 17 participants from Beheira completed the training, strengthening their skills in training design, facilitation and assessment.
The closing ceremony was attended by Mohamed Fahmy Menza, Senior Director of the School of Global Affairs and Public Policy Executive Education, and Natalie Anastassi, Program Associate at UN Women Egypt, who joined remotely via Zoom. Both highlighted the importance of investing in local trainers to support the program’s sustainability and long-term impact within their communities.
This initiative is implemented through a collaboration between UN Women Egypt and UNIDO Egypt, in partnership with the National Council for Women and the Ministry of Trade and Industry, with support from the Government of Canada through the Embassy of Canada to Egypt.
