GAPP Executive Education Celebrates Graduation of Participants from Training of Trainers for Sustainability Workshop

On April 10, 2025, The AUC School of Global Affairs and Public Policy (GAPP) Executive Education proudly marked the graduation of 29 participants from the “Training of Trainers for Sustainability (STOT)” workshop.

The STOT program is designed to empower graduates of the WEE-TFE initiative, along with participants nominated by partner organizations, to deliver the WEE-TFE program sustainably. By the end of the STOT workshop, participants are equipped to deliver the WEE-TFE program both online and in person, identify the differences of each format, understand the principles of adult learning and behavioral change, effectively engage with diverse audiences and identify and manage challenging trainee dynamics. The participants included representatives from various governorates, Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Beheira, Minya, Fayoum and Beni Suef, representing  the National Council for Women, the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Development Agency (MSMEDA), the Ministry of Industry (MoI) and graduates from both Phases I and II of the Rabeha program.

The ceremony was attended by distinguished guests, including Mohamed Fahmy Menza, senior director of GAPP Executive Education; Nora Rafea, program Specialist at UN Women Egypt; Nouran El Gemei, Women’s Economic Empowerment specialist and representative of the National Council for Women; and Mohamed Shehab El Din, founder and CEO of Resolve Consulting and Training.

This milestone highlights the continued commitment of all partners to empowering women and fostering sustainable, inclusive development across Egypt.
