CMRS Represents AUC as Leading Regional University in the Global Refugee Forum

Maysa Ayoub, associate director of the Center for Migration and Refugee Studies (CMRS), was invited by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) to represent The American University in Cairo (AUC) as the leading regional university on migration and refugee issues in the Global Refugee Forum. The Global Refugee Forum which took place from December 13 to December 15 in Geneva, is the world’s largest international gathering on refugees. It is designed to support the practical implementation of the objectives set out in the Global Compact on Refugees.
