Leading for Impact: Strengthening Leadership Capabilities for Career Advancement
School of Global Affairs and Public Policy (GAPP), Executive Education delivered the program “Leading for Impact: Strengthening Leadership Capabilities for Career Advancement” for staff at GAPP.
The program was delivered by Mohamed El Ghor on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, and focused on practical leadership skills that support day-to-day performance and career growth. The session covered practical topics such as self-awareness, communication, decision-making and team leadership. Through discussions, real-life examples and group activities, participants gained useful tools they can apply in their work, helping them build confidence and better prepare for future responsibilities.
Mohamed Fahmy Menza, senior director of GAPP Executive Education, handed out the certificates at the closing session and highlighted the importance of the integration and collaboration within and between the various departments in the school and the importance of such programs in building staff capabilities and supporting their professional growth.
