Building on the success of previous collaborations, the program targets 15 employees across different seniority levels, from entry-level to senior management. It is designed to strengthen their capacities through tailored, face-to-face workshops and professional development sessions, incorporating real case studies aligned with global best practices.

Menza stated: “This partnership is of strategic significance for both IDSC and GAPP Executive Education. It builds on the success of previous collaborations and aims at fostering the capacity building of key staff within the Egyptian Government’s main decision-support institution.”

Key topics include:

  • Policy frameworks and political analysis
  • Translating research into policy
  • Strategic policy writing
  • Media engagement and public discourse
  • AI and modern tools in policy analysis

Delivered by distinguished experts, including Mohamed El Karamany and Adel Ahmed, professors of practice, the program reflects a continued commitment to strengthening institutional capacity, fostering innovation and supporting Egypt’s national development priorities.
