GAPP Connects Women with Employment Opportunities in Alexandria and Beheira

As part of the Rabeha program, the School of Global Affairs and Public Policy Executive Education at The American University in Cairo organized the Alexandria Career Day on Saturday, August 15, 2026, supporting women seeking employment opportunities and Rabeha graduates.

The event brought together beneficiaries from Alexandria and Beheira with representatives from participating companies and organizations, providing opportunities to learn about labor market needs, explore available positions and participate in direct job interviews.

The Career Day was organized in collaboration with the Coptic Evangelical Organization for Social Services with the participation of representatives from UN Women Egypt and the National Council for Women branches in Alexandria and Beheira.

The event was held as part of the Rabeha Joint Program between UN Women Egypt and UNIDO Egypt, in partnership with the National Council for Women and the Ministry of Trade and Industry, with support from the Government of Canada, represented by the Embassy of Canada to Egypt.
